THE 1ST EDITION OF 5K AND 10K ROAD RACE
The 1st Edition of the 5km and 10km Road Race Competition will be held on Saturday 21st February, 2026 starting at 3:00pm. The race will start at the Condominium Court, Perseverance, Mahe Seychelles.
The categories are as follows: – U18 boys and girls, athletes must be 17 years old and above. U20 Female and Male/Seniors Female/Male and Masters Female and Male.
The route for 5km is from condominium court, Perseverance, down to Perseverance market, Perseverance Secondary school, follow the main road. Take a right turn to Perseverance hospital, follow main road to starting point, finish at Perseverance Secondary School.
The route for 10km, twice the route, start at Condominium court Perseverance, to Perseverance market, Perseverance Secondary school, follow the main road. Take the main road to the starting point. Finish at the starting line.

Deadline for registration is Thursday the 19th February, 2026, by 4:00pm, and NO registration on the competition day.
FINAL KIDS’ SCHOOLS ATHLETICS COMPETITION – SATURDAY 22ND NOVEMBER,2025, STAD LINITE, ROCHE CAIMAN
On the 22nd November, 2025, the Kids Athletics Committee organized the final kids’ athletics competition at Stad Linite, Roche Caiman. Six (6) primary schools participated in this final competition.
The schools are as follows: Plaisance, Perseverance, Baie Lazare, Anse Boileau, Anse Royale and La Digue
- 1st position La Digue primary school
- 2nd position Plaisance, primary school
- 3rd position Perseverance, primary school
The competition attracted a good number of parents and spectators.
The 2nd Edition of the Cross Country will be held on Saturday the 20th December 2025 starting at 3:00pm at the Fitness Trail, Roche Caiman.
Categories are for both male and female.
2Km for Under 16 male and female
4Km for Under 18 male and female
6Km for Under 20 female
8Km for Under 20 female
10Km for Senior male and female
6Km for female Master
8Km for male Master

Roche Caiman, from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

WA CHAMPIONSHIP & CONGRESS – TOKYO 25 FROM 13TH TO 21ST SEPTEMBER,2025
Athlete Dylan Sicobo is competing in the Tokyo 25th from 13th to 21st September in Tokyo, he will be accompanied by coach Joseph Adems.
The President, Vincent Hoareau and the General Secretary, Mr. Wilfred Adrien will attend the 55th Congress.
The team departed on Tuesday 9th September,2025.
Athlete Dylan Sicobo, coach Adems and Mr. Wilfred Adrien, General Secretary is expected to be back on Tuesday 16th September, 2025, while
Mr. Vincent Hoareau, the President is expected to be back in Seychelles on Tuesday 23rd September, 2025.
CAA – SENIOR REGIONAL TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIP – 26TH – 27TH JULY, 2025
4 senior males National Team Athletes is competing in the CAA – SR Senior Regional Track and Field Championships from 26th to 27th July, 2025 in Zimbabwe.
The athletes will depart on Wednesday 23rd July and expected to be back on Monday 28th July,2025.
They will be accompanied by Coach Giovanni Fanny.
